บทคัดย่อ (ไทย)	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์ปัญหา จุดเสี่ยงหรือพฤติกรรมของครู ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียนโรงเรียนเทศบาล 1 วัดเทพมงคล 2) เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพการจัดการและพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนการสอนในการจัดการความปลอดภัยทางถนนของโรงเรียนเทศบาล 1 วัดเทพมงคล โดยดำเนินการ 1) การจัดเวทีประชุม ศึกษาสถานการณ์ปัญหา ประสานความร่วมมือกับภาคี ออกแบบเครื่องมือ วิธีการเก็บข้อมูล เก็บข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลร่วมกัน 2) จัดเวทีประชุมผู้มีส่วนได้เสียร่วมกำหนดกิจกรรมดำเนินการสร้างแนวปฏิบัติ พัฒนาสมรรถนะครู การพัฒนารูปแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนด้านความปลอดภัยทางถนน 3) จัดกิจกรรมสื่อสารและการรณรงค์เรื่องความปลอดภัยทางถนนภายในโรงเรียนและผู้ปกครองนักเรียน แม่ค้าบริเวณถนนหน้าโรงเรียน ผู้ขับขี่รถรับ-ส่งนักเรียน กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการวิจัยจำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 25 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกวิเคราะห์เอกสาร แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก แบบบันทึกประชุมผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและสรุปสาระสำคัญ จำแนก เรียบเรียงรายการโดยวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) โดยการหลอมรวมประเด็นข้อมูลการประชุมผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สาเหตุที่เกิดอุบัติเหตุจาก คือ เกิดจากคน รถ สภาพถนน และสภาพแวดล้อม การกำหนดจุดเสี่ยงถนนรอบโรงเรียนเทศบาล 1 วัดเทพมงคล พบว่ามี 8 จุดที่เป็นอันตราย 2) การเสริมสร้างศักยภาพการจัดการและพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนการสอน กำหนดเขตพื้นที่ปลอดภัยบริเวณถนนหน้าโรงเรียนโดยการมีส่วนร่วม การติดป้ายห้ามนำรถเข้าโรงเรียน นำอุปกรณ์และสัญลักษณ์ใช้เป็นสัญญาณเตือนผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนน การจัดครูและบุคลากรในโรงเรียนประจำหน้าโรงเรียนเพื่อสังเกตการณ์การรับ-ส่งนักเรียน ผู้ขับรถรับ–ส่งนักเรียนมีข้อตกลงร่วมกันตามมาตรการความปลอดภัย พฤติกรรมของนักเรียน ครูและผู้ปกครองมีแนวโน้มดีขึ้น การพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนการสอน พบว่า มีการบูรณาการการเรียนการในทุกสาระการเรียนรู้ทั้งในระดับอนุบาลและระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา มีห้องศูนย์เรียนรู้ความปลอดภัยทางถนนและจัดทำลาน BBL ให้นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้สัญลักษณ์จราจร [-]
บทคัดย่อ (อังกฤษ)	The objective of this research were 1) to study problem situations. Risk point or teacher behavior Parents and students of Municipal School 1, Thep Mongkhon temple 2) to strengthen the management and development of teaching and learning models The road safety management by participation case study of Municipal School 1, Thep Mongkhon temple, Amnat Charoen Municipality operated by 1) organizing a meeting stage study the problem situation coordinate with partners tool design data collection methods, data collection, analysis of information together. 2) organize a forum for stakeholders' meetings, define activities for conducting guidelines the teacher competency development. of a model for teaching and learning activities on road safety. 3) organize road safety communication and campaigning activities within the school and student parents the street vendor in front of the school Student bus driver. The target groups in the research were 25 people which was obtained by means of a specific selection the research instruments consisted of record, document analysis, questionnaire, in-depth interview. Stakeholder Meeting Record form data analysis use content analysis and summarize the main points, classify, compile lists by analyzing content (Content Analysis) by merging information issues of stakeholder meetings. The results of the research found that 1) the cause of the accident was caused by people, cars, road conditions and the environment. The determination of risk points, roads around the school district 1, Thep Mongkhon temple, found that there were 8 dangerous points. Establish a safe area around the road in front of the school by participating in placing a sign for not bringing the car into the school Bring equipment and symbols to alert road users.
